This month, we took part in the Canton Fair, a uniquely comprehensive global trade hub for the pet products industry. As an unrivaled platform connecting international buyers across an extensive product range, it has become an essential strategic venue for businesses expanding into overseas markets. Each year, the fair draws thousands of pet product manufacturers, retailers, distributors, and brand owners from around the world, making it an ideal channel for us to showcase our offerings and connect with potential partners.
Over the three-day exhibition, the top three inquiries from visitors were:
◉ Do you support LOGO printing and customized packaging with an MOQ below 500 units?
◉ What is the MOQ for custom color options?
◉ Can product materials and functions be modified based on existing designs?
These questions reflect a clear trend among B2B buyers: growing focus on building independent brands, prioritizing product quality, and seeking distinct quality advantages over industry competitors. This aligns with our longstanding philosophy — centering on customer needs and codeveloping brands alongside our partners.
By the close of the fair, our records showed 108 qualified business cards collected, with 18 companies expressing firm purchasing intentions and 5 signing longterm cooperation agreements. Initial order values are estimated to range from USD 5,000 to 30,000. Geographically, 56% of prospective clients were from North America and 35% from Europe, consistent with our core market focus on the U.S. and Europe.
We also gathered 38 product improvement suggestions, organized into three key development priorities for future iterations:
• Extended battery life for GPS trackers (36%)
• Multi-pet recognition for automatic feeders (15%)
• Cloud synchronization of health data from smart litter boxes (28%)
• Gravity-fed, no-manual-refill water circulation for pet fountains (21%)
This actionable market feedback has been integrated into our Q3 product roadmap. The 108 valuable business connections established at the fair are gradually becoming key channels for our global market expansion.
This exhibition not only validated the market fit of our product portfolio but also allowed us to identify the clear industry trend of scenariobased + personalized smart pet products, laying a solid foundation for our next phase of service enhancement.
