Corporate Basketball Game | Team Culture Building
Our group recently hosted the annual corporate basketball game, a well-organized cultural activity designed to strengthen cross-department connection and internal teamwork. This sports event offers all employees a balanced way to release work pressure, enhance communication, and build a positive workplace culture beyond daily office tasks.
Eight teams from different departments across the group joined the competition, including R&D, production, customer service and marketing teams, with over 100 participants in total. The game followed fair competition and friendly sportsmanship throughout the whole schedule. On the court, team members focused on coordinated passing, solid defense and steady offense, showing persistence and teamwork in every match. Off the court, colleagues cheered for all teams, creating a positive, inclusive and harmonious atmosphere for the whole event.
The final competition delivered steady and intense confrontation, with both sides staying focused and making continuous adjustments in tactics. After rounds of competitive matches, we awarded certificates and prizes to the top three teams to recognize their effort and team performance.
