Our cooperation with Germany’s PP brand began in September 2022. At that time, the client focused on selling pet grooming combs but had a poor cooperation experience due to the insufficient professionalism and poor English communication of their previous supplier, resulting in unmet market demands for product quality and delivery efficiency. The client took the initiative to consult us through an internet platform, hoping to find a more professional partner with smoother communication. Our sales manager Jack responded immediately, communicating professionally and fluently in English to accurately interpret the client’s requirements for pet grooming comb quality, packaging specifications, and delivery cycles. He also provided product optimization suggestions (such as adjusting comb tooth material and improving handle grip) based on German pet market consumption habits.
